POT CULTURE is the first collaboration between authors Shirley Halperin and Steve Bloom. Shirley and Steve met in 1994 when Steve was working at High Times. Shirley eventually landed a job at the pot mag. She moved on to Us Weekly and Entertainment Weekly, where she currently works as a music writer. Steve left High Times after 15 years with the mag in 2006. They wrote POT CULTURE in 2007. The book was released on April 20, 2008.
