The dank-fueled duo presented the award for Best Archival CD (to the Grateful Dead for <em>Three from the Vault</em>) and in turn presented copies of their hot pot book to Phish&#8217;s Jon Fishman and <em>Saturday Night Live</em> legend Chevy Chase, who cracked, &#8220;I don&#8217;t need it. I lived it!&#8221;</p>
<p>Phish received a Lifetime Achievement Award during the lengthy show hosted by Warren Haynes and Grace Potter. Bloom was wistful when he learned it would be the last Jammys show. &#8220;I attended all seven Jammy Awards,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It&#8217;s the greatest musical show on earth. I look forward to whatever comes next from the Jammys team.&#8221;</p>

But it was there at The Courtyard at <a rel="nofollow" href="http://shopkitson.com/" target="_blank"><span id="lw_1208878492_1" class="yshortcuts" style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 50%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;">Kitson</span></a>, smack in the middle of L.A&#8217;.s shopping mecca, that some 150 pot enthusiasts came together to toke, er, toast the release of POT CULTURE.</p>
<p>Among the star contributors who turned out to support: <em>American&#8217;s Next Top Model</em> winner/<em>My Fair Brady</em> star Adrianne Curry and rocker Rainbow, who were joined by former <em>American Idol</em> contestant <span id="lw_1208878492_2" class="yshortcuts" style="border-bottom: 1px dashed #0066cc; background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 50%; cursor: pointer; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;">Constantine Maroulis</span>. Co-author Shirley Halperin even got a surprise call from rapper Ludacris, who sent his congratulations and reassurance that he was &#8220;there in spirit.&#8221;</p>
<p>Spirits flowed courtesy of the evening&#8217;s sponsor, Cafe Bustelo, who concocted a delicious cocktail of iced coffee and tequila. And, of course, the joints were a-rolling, thanks to <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.bambu.com/" target="_blank"><span id="lw_1208878492_3" class="yshortcuts">Bambu</span></a>.</p>
<p>Order copies of <a title="Amazon" href="http://www.amazon.com/Pot-Culture-Z-Stoner-Language/dp/0810994402/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/104-3187548-5949548?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1192422269&amp;sr=8-1" target="_blank"><strong>POT CULTURE</strong></a> today!</p>
